Cross Bow

Does anyone use a cross bow for hunting instead of the traditional bow and arrow set up? My hubby and I were considering this since a crossbow is not fitted to just one individual.

Be careful when hunting with one. They are different seasons typically for crossbows then bows or guns depending on the states setup.

I've handled a crossbow, though never used it for hunting. A bit more accuracy and power than a compound bow, but of course it is nearly an entirely different weapon. Make sure you do your research and practice before heading out in the woods with one!

Thanks for the advice Jason we wondered about that. There will be much much practice at targets before we ever attempt to take it out for real!

I just started using a crossbow and im loving it. Great way to challenge yourself and very easy to use.
