| Guided Hunts I see these on tv and admit I have considered going on one once or twice but I can't justify the fees that these people charge. Have you found any that are reasonable or heard of any?

| I've thought about doing one down here. I wanted to try gator hunting. But the prices they charge, are a bit large. It started at around $1,500. You got 15 pounds of meet, the head and I think some of the skin. It could be reasonable I guess, but way too much for me.

| That is about what it is around here for anything they consider exotic. I don't see how they justify their fees but I guess if people keep paying them then they will keep charging them.

| My nephew went on one out west to hunt. He said he had a blast and he brought home some Elk meat. I must say the video he brought back was beautiful but I don't hunt.

| I don't know about killing the animals but I would like to go on a hunt to photograph animals. I've seen some of the videos that come from out west too and it's beautiful country. I'd love to see New Mexico.

| Ted, if you are into photography then you should really get out to New Mexico and take some photos during mid-fall. It is a beautiful place itself too.

And where does the rest of the meat go, that seems kind of confusing but if you have a link to a place I would love to see. I can not think of any places in my area that do this.

| There are literally thousands across the US. How many can go, how much it costs and what meat you get are dependent on the guide company you use. Just Google something like "hire a hunting guide".

| You can find a hunting guide that will take as many people as you want but they do charge extra fees. They have some that are on a series on the Outdoors Network too.

I would assume they take anything extra.
