| It's not so much the color of the clothes, I hear deer are color blind, it's the movement that startles them. When hunting, stalking through the woods, there are several factors to think about.
Wind direction- you always want the wind at your face. A deer will smell you way before they see you.
Noise- ensure you pick the clearest path, all it takes is one snapped twig to spook a deer.
Movement- if you do see your prey, don't pull up your gun really fast and try and shoot. Stay CALM, make very slow movements, and take your time. If they are busy and they don't smell you or hear you, you'll have enough time.
Just a couple of my ideas.
"Being properly distracted for a moment is child's play, being rightly distracted for a lifetime is and art." ~Douglas Adams |
