Canoe story

I used to go canoeing with my parents at my Aunt's house when I was younger. She lived on a lake. One time my mom and I went out and my Aunt was giving us the push-off from the shore and she accidentally tipped us. It took me about 3 months before I'd get back in.

Do you have any funny stories?

Last year I took one of my buddies out fishing and it was the first time he had been in a lightweight boat. He cast off while standing and lost balance. He didn't flip the boat but tipped it good enough that he fell in. I call him Splasher now.

Down here we have a fish called mullet. They are good smoked btw. But an interesting fact is they can jump out of the water. Well, I was canoing someone around one day and one jumped in the canoe. The passenger almost jumped out of the canoe.
