Kayaking

Where is your favorite place to kayak? We went when we cruised to Progreso and it was great! I obviously won't get to kayak there often.

I've only had my kayaks for a single season. We did the San Francisco Bay, a few lakes and some streams. I think my favorite was Lake Sonoma, in NorCal. It's a man-made lake (by the Army Corps of Engineers), and it's just a valley filled in, and there are mountains right on the lake's edge. There are still dead trees creeping up out of the water. It's eerie a bit. Neato place.
