A little late then I wanted to, but the Summer 2010 Giveaway is here. From July 1st 2010 (7/1/10) until August 31st 2010 (8/31/10) post your outdoor pictures. Everyone is invited to post their pictures. On September 10th 2010 (9/10/10) the wife and I will look at the pictures. We will decide on the best two pictures that we like. Those two winners will win a prize package. Caney from Rad Dezigns has been gracious enough to donate some prizes for the contest. For those that do not know, he has been doing the decals for our site. He has done a wonderful job and I would recommend him anytime you want a decal done.
Prize packages.
1 decal from Rad Dezigns of your choosing, up to $15.00.
1 OutdoorBaseCamp.com T-Shirt from Rad Dezigns of your choosing.
A side giveaway. Whoever has the most referrals (someone who signs up on the site, and makes at least 5 posts) by September 30st 2010 will receive a CamelBak Rogue 70-Ounce Hydration Pack. To get credit for the referral please have them enter your username in the referrer field when registering, or send me a private message (PM) saying that you referred them.

I just wanted to update the list, we received some fire starters from Harwoods for the give away. Each winner will recieve a package of their fire starter cakes. You will be seeing a review shortly on them posted here.
Wow Jason that is a lot of really great stuff! That is really cool that you put together giveaways like that. I'll have to start looking through my pictures and see what I can come up with!
I just wanted to say one more thing about these fire starters. I got wood ants in my pile of firewood. So I was burning the wood to get rid of it. Well the past week or so it has been raining here, usually about a half hour to an hour a day, sometimes more. So the firewood was pretty wet. I went out to my firepit today to try and burn some more. The cake lasted a long time, long enough to get the wood to catch fire. The wind even managed to pick up when it was just starting and the cake stayed lit just fine.
