Banana's?

Anyone ever heard or tried this? It’s called a banana pocket. I was looking for something different to do in the pie iron and came upon this recipe. The recipe calls for crescent rolls, bananas, cinnamon, sugar, butter and a pie iron.

My family is crazy over bananas and this sounds pretty sweet, like a great dessert.

Anyone try anything like this?

The crescent rolls make this sound really interesting. I love bananas too, but I usually avoid them if I'm going to be outside in the evening because I've heard that mosquitoes will love you even more if you've eaten a banana. I don't know if that's a myth or not, but I don't want to take any chances, lol. I'll have to try this recipe in the winter.

Wow, that is something I've never heard. We went camping and we tried this and it was wonderful. To be honest I think I came away with 2 mosquito bites for the whole camping trip (the weekend).
I'd say give it a try!

Nice recipe. It really is something my family would love to try. I think it would sound good with apple in it as well. It almost sounds like apple pie.

How did it turn out? It's something I would love to try right at home. We have campfires a lot at home and we love bananas. Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to try it. It does sound good with apples too.

Yum! I am glad I saw this! We are doing a big bonfire next weekend with some friends and we are definitely going to try this out!

Sounds interesting! I love to make things with the pie irons. We all love bananas too!

I haven't heard about the mosquitoes being attracted to you if you eat bananas. That's something to think about.

I haven't tried this awesome recipe yet. Sounds delicious. Why didn't I think of this before? About the banana-mosquito stuff, I don't think that's a fact. I ate bananas before and mosquitoes never bothered me after eating bananas.
