I don't know about my best meal, but I have to brag on the hamburgers I bbq'd last night. I had a couple of pounds of ground game meat. I mixed it up with a pound of ground beef, some ketchup, worchestershire sauce and ranch dressing. I bbq'd/smoked them slowly. They were de-lish!!

We had some venison (deer meat?) that my Uncle shot. He was so upset about killing the deer (it was his first time hunting), but didn't think the meat should go to waste. After hearing his story I couldn't eat it.

I love cooking boyscout dinners, a hamburger patty, potatoes, carrots and onions wrapped in tinfoil. They taste great.

First night out I sometimes bring scallop/shrimp kabobs, prepared at home, wrapped in foil. Everyone's jealous, and I sometimes even share.

I forgot about the chicken I made last camping trip. Bacon wrapped boneless skinless chicken breasts with new potatoes and baby carrots. I cooked them in foil too, they were tasty.

Maybe just some instant noodle with some chicken, beef or something. I like to eat noodles with a lot of beef for dinner to get some energy

Cut the tops off some jalapenos and then gut the insides with a knife or something. After the inside is empty stuff it with some cheddar cheese. You can also make baked potatoes over a fire. You could cook some chicken over the fire, and make chicken chaser salads.
