My mother-in-law was trying to convince me that she had cooked cucumbers at a BBQ she was at not too long ago. I swear she's losing her marbles. Is there a recipe that calls for cooked cucumber??

I found this recipe:
Peel, remove core chip into pieces. Pace in a pan with butter or olive oil, cover and steam until tender. Season with pepper & salt.
Hmmm... That really doesn't sound too bad. Anything with lots of butter is okay with me. lol I was thinking yesterday if maybe she had pickles instead of cukes? If I ask her about it again she's going to know I think she's nutty! :P
