Default French Toast

On my last camping trip I tried something new since I could not find my campfire griddle anywhere. I put the French Toast directly on the grill and it was extremely tasty. I always add a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla to my eggs too. I was a little worried it would stick or the eggs would drip down under the grates, but I had no issues. Anyone else try it this way?
