I will most likely get yelled at by someone for this, because they weight a lot. But get a Lodge Cast Iron Camping Oven. Yes I said camping oven, not dutch oven. Lodge makes both, but the camping oven has little legs and a rim on the top of the lid for holding coals.
They are heavy, but to me not much beats the taste out of a cast iron cookware. Lodge will be the easiest to find, and is a good quality. I've actually been hunting yard sales lately for cast iron, and it seems to be making a come back. Everyone says they already sold theirs by the time I get there. Wal-mart I believe carries Lodge. I tend to get mine at Bass Pro as it is usually cheaper. They just had a 20% off sale this past weekend too.
