Kebabs on the camp If you're camping and is in the mood to eat some grilled mixed vegetables with chicken/beef/fish meat, then you can prepare grilled kebabs cooked over the grilling pan or fire, if no grillpan available. I get this idea from an Arabian recipe but I made some changes to it as my own style. If it's possible you can marinate the meat in some barbeque marinade for 2 hours at home and prepare the red/green bell peppers (seeds removed, diced), mushrooms (cut in halves) , small onions (peeled) and eggplants (diced) to be packed for the trail. Then they are ready to get grilled when you get to the desired trail, skew them alternately in a bamboo stick and brush some olive oil over them and put them in a griller over a hot fire. Yummy!
