Default Shrimp

We had shrimp cooked over the campfire last night. It was ok! I prefer it grilled on the grill. Have you ever cooked it over the campfire? It only takes a few minutes and it's done.

I did it once but I really did not like it. I am really picky on how I want my shrimps and this kind of spoiled the taste for me. I guess under circumstances it could end up being alright though.

Yes we had shrimp at our last camp this year. I had them cleaned and removed their spinal cord before grilling them to perfection. Best eaten with sour cream and onion dip, for me at least.

I just made a Jambalaya that had some shrimp in it. I cooked it in a dutch oven over the fire pit. Boy was it good.

How did you make it? Jambalaya sounds good. Might have to make some soon.

I am not a shrimp fan but I would like to try out some other smaller type things. I guess I am not a keen fisher type while I enjoy catching most, I do not really have the taste buds, maybe its the way I am preparing them??
