For me it would have to be any Pacific Salmon hands down. I like the flavor, texture, lack of heavy odor, and the fact that the oils they contain are very good for you. I also love the taste of trout and cod, but both come with a heavy cooking odor.

If I can afford it, I like salmon. It can be pricey here though. I mostly eat tuna and catfish. Tuna I eat either in steak form or the canned. Catfish is always breaded and fried. I do like other thing like smoked mullet or stuffed flounder, but they are more of a treat. I really love fish though. Have not really had one that I did not like.

I eat the odd tuna steak up here, but it can be quite expensive. I had catfish about a month ago in a restaurant and I found it to be pretty good. Like you said, it was breaded and fried. I would eat it again for sure.

Catfish hands down just because it tastes so darn good.

I love bass and sunfish rolled in corn meal and fried. It's really good. I also like catfish. I can't stand tilapia although it's touted as one of the best eating fish.

Bass and red snapper for me. Best eaten if it's cooked in paper along with herbs, garlic and olive oil as what I've seen in the television.
