Default Pork chops

Does anybody have some good, yet very simple pork chop recipes? I'm staying at a campground and my neighbor asked me last night if I knew of anything for pork chops. He's a kid staying by himself and he doesn't want to go to a lot of trouble. I'm a vegetarian so I wasn't much help to him, but I figured I'd ask ya'll

Ingredients

Thick Pork Chops
Potatoes (1/4-inch thick slices)
Pepper
Minced Garlic
Honey
Dried Mint
Equipment

Heavy Duty Tin Foil

Instructions

layer taters in foil, sprinkle with pepper & garlic. Place pork chop on taters, crush mint on top of the chop and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Wrap tightly in foil and place in coals (like a regular foil-pak, only a little linger time)

Coat the chops with mustard and grill.

A simple grilling method can give a yummy taste on your barbecued pork chop. Just marinate the meat with some minced garlic, banana ketchup, oyster sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce before grilling.
