Default Salsa recipes for camping snack

I recently bought a saltless bag of corn chips and it needs some salsa dip. Can you share your salsa recipe that you think complements well with the corn ships? I would like to try making a good salsa.

I dice up romaine tomatoes, jalapeno, scallions, cilantro and a dash of hot sauce for a quick salsa (salt to taste also) easy to make, does the job

Thanks for sharing that, we like salsa dip too and this one sounds pretty good and easy to add to if you wanted more in it. I think I will make some up this week and give it a try!

Basically the some for me, but VERY easy on the cilantro (too much tastes like soap to me), and I like to add some garilc and a dash of lime juice.

Try green salsa. Use green tomatoes, jalapeno, green onions with the stems, a dash of cilantro, some garlic, a little cayenne, and some salt. A good dip is to warm half a block (4 oz.) cream cheese in a cereal bowl. You want to be able to stir it with a fork. Add a half a jar of your favorite salsa, stir well and dip.
