Default City folk, where do you store your trailer?

We live in a big ciy and have been debating on getting a trailer for months now. One of the things that we just can't figure is where we'll keep it when it's not being used. Do you all rent space from someone, or are there storage facilities that will let you park it? How expensive is this?

My friends store theirs at their folks place in the country. I think it's the perfect place to store it. They take it there after every camping trip. We live in the country so we just kept ours at home.

I am more city then I would prefer, but it is more suburbs. I see some store smaller trailers/rvs in the yard. However, there are a lot of outdoor storage places that are catering to rvs/trailers/boats and anything fairly large like that. Often times they have big open structures for you to park under.

I live near a large lake. There are places that rent covered spots to store boats and campers along the highways that are close to the lake. I don't know how expensive they are.

1 of the reasons we chose the pop up is because of storage. We store at home and needed something we could fit in back yard. Had a motorhome that took up most of the driveway so we had to figure something out that would allow for all the cars.... popup seemed to be the most practical choice for us. LOVE IT!
