If you are going tent camping and think off weather might come through do you carry extra supplies or do you go prepared every time? What gear do you take? I have a kit my grandmother bought for me that has all I need.

What kind of kit did your grandma gave you? I carry my regular gears when I go camping. I usually don't go camping or cancel it if I know that the weather will be terrible.
It is a nice kit with a flashlight, weather protection items such as body warming blanket, poncho, weather radio, flares, etc. I don't recall every item but it would be all I would need for sure.
I found this neat thing at Target the other day it was a full rain suit packed into this tiny little bag that you can throw in your backpack. It was kind of pricey though. $49 :0
