So Sad

A young girl, she was 22, was out walking her dog after dark on the "Look off", it is a huge lot of cliffs over the water and she lost her grip and fell off, she died. It was so sad, they didn't find her for a few days, the dog came back and they had to send a search party in after her.

I never venture to places I am not sure of after dark for that exact reason. If I don't know the terrain it is hard to judge where you are going and it is not safe.

That is a sad story. I'm extra careful of places I don't know too well in the daytime. If I don't know the lay of the land, I won't venture out too far at night.

Me either. I like to explore in the day unless it is a group tour. I have gone on group tours at night with a hiking guide.

That is terrible! I don't venture very far in the dark either, unless it is somewhere I have been often. I can't imagine being the family of this poor girl.
