We have been thinking about a trip overseas and wondering where to go. I caught an ad for a coast to coast in Northern England that was almost $5k, not sure we can afford that one but I still love the idea. Anyone here taking trips overseas yet?

I've been to the Amazon river on a cruise and it was really spectacular. I wanted to do that again but I need to save money for it. I'm also planning to go to one of the countries in the safari but that needs much more money saving.
I have a friend who walked El Camino, which is the road to Santiago in Spain. It's a pilgrimage and takes about 6-8 weeks to walk. I've walked along Hadrian's Wall, and that's really nice.
