What do you guys think about this situation, a female colleague of mine is pregnant with her twins in third trimester and her OB thinks it's okay for her to tent-camp outdoors. She really want to go camping but is scared of the consequences.

my mom did this (though not with twins). Unless she's due in the next week, I'd say go for it. She just needs to make sure she doesn't overexert herself and that she has enough back support while sleeping.
Depends on the kind of campsite she's going. You can go camping where there are lodges and comfy beds are provided. However, I would not let my wife go camping especially on the third semester.
I think it all depends on the person. What is her comfort level? If it's easy for her to become uncomfortable, I wouldn't try it. She knows her body better than anyone else.
I certainly would not go out of town, let alone go tent camping in my third trimester if I was pregnant with twins. You never know what can happen and I wouldn't risk it.
