Lightbulb Clothes for camping

I usually bring old clothes with me whenever we go out camping so I don't have to worry if they get stained. torn or lost.

I bring a lot of clothes with me when I camp. Some are older and some not. Why is this in with cooking and campfires?
I make sure I always take an old swimsuit. I like to swim in the water falls and they aren't always the best on newer suits.

I never bring clothes that I am going to worry about getting dirty. I bring older jeans and old swimsuits. There is no reason for anything fancy. =)

I wear older clothes when camping or outdoor activity. I have a good set of shirts and my other shirts. For working around the house and such.

I try not to bring too many clothes to cut down on what I'm bringing and the amount of possibly "damaged-for-ever" clothing I'll bring back. I re-wear a lot of stuff if I wear it in the water and then hang it up to dry, and all of it is usually older clothes or clothes I specifically bought for outings, anyway.

I have outdoor clothes and those are usually what I take camping with me. I don't take much either a couple of shirts maybe two pairs of jeans and a pair of shorts.

I don't wear my oldest clothes, but stuff that I specifically for camping. I don't want anything that will chaff or rub when I've got a long way to hike.

A comfortable pair of dickies and a cotton T shirt are usually great for any temperate climate. When it gets really hot or really cold I start looking into those fancy technical fabrics. My best answer for cold weather is still wool though. Good soft non itchy merino wool.

I don't care whether the clothes are new or old, expensive or cheap I just care how tehy will perform: will they dry fast, will they be light enough and such.
