We have small children we want bring biking with us. Has anyone tried out a biking wagon before? I would like to know if you thought it was worth the money.

Well it depends on what type of biking your going to be doing. If it's city/rural areas where there are roads, sidewalks, and such then yes the bike trailers are a definite plus. They stand up well, I have one and used it all the time in the D.C. area. It rains too much in Washington right now to ride much.

I wouldn't suggest using a bike trailer while mountain biking...

I bought one and I love it. We do not do any off roading with it. But it works well, we have storage for diapers and extra water. I forget how much weight it can hold, but it can handle two kids at once. And it folds up for easy storage.

I had one when my kids were little and it was great! As the others before me said it is not good for riding on trails but riding in the city was good. My kids really liked being able to go with us when we rode.

We had one for a while, but it tipped when we took a corner. Thankfully the little one was well strapped in but it scared us, and we've not used it since.

Wow, what brand were you using OpenAir?

The one I bought has a spring close to where it attaches to my bike. I can put my bike on its side and the carriage stands up right. I know because I had it on my mountain bike one time which has no kick stand and the bike fell.

We had one when there were kids around, and its harder to steer when it is attached. We nearly tipped us over the first time I took a corner.

I doubt we would try any off the trail riding when we take the kids, but we wanted to keep up our normal daily ride while we were keeping them this summer. Thanks for the advice!
