Three Wheelers

You don't see three wheelers mentioned much anymore. I wonder why? I don't see them at dealerships around home either. Do they still make them?

I'm not sure if they still make them. I know before we bought our 4-wheelers we had a 3-wheeler. I'm telling you it was not near as safe as the 4-wheeler. I only drove it a couple of times and then we switched to 4-wheelers. I didn't feel safe turning corners fast with only 3 wheels.

I believe they stopped making them. I know there were many issues with their safety standards and stuff because so many wrecks were happening but they were around for a long time.

Now that you mention them I haven't saw one in a really long time. At least several years I would say. I never liked them either. I saw someone flip one once and hated them every since.

Yes, three-wheelers are no long manufactured. They were deemed way to unsafe back in the early 90's. I personally grew up riding three-wheelers and find them perfectly safe as long as you don't ride them like a jacka$$. Trust me, I've flipped them more times then I want to admit after that comment, but I was also riding like an idiot.

But to answer your question they were deemed to unsafe to ride and are no longer produced.
