Anyone fishing lately?

It is spring and water is starting to warm up. It won't be long before the fishing heats up. Who has been out and how have you done?

I've been going for trout the last couple of weeks - but bass, blue gill, & carp are all starting to wake up. At least in the lakes in Oregon.

Well, the lakes are all open here but the weather hasn't exactly been good. We've had extreme temperature swings and about a week ago, a six inch snowfall that was gone the following day. We're supposed to get some warm rains in a few days. That should get things going.

I have been out several times. Caught a decent trout a few weeks ago on a flasher spoon.

Lots of good fishing on the flats from what I have heard. Sadly I do not think I will do much more then some late night pier fishing for a while. So to keep you all entertained here are some other peoples video's of kayaking around where I live.

BTW, some cats have gone shark fishing lately.
