Is it possible to injure your shoulder by sleeping in an awkward position? I use my upper arm almost as a pillow and get incredible pain in my shoulder when I wake up. It gets worse as times goes by.

Would you pay for a professional guide if you're not familiar with the terrain you're visiting? Would you try to explore by yourself or would you hire someone?

I know that nothing can replace the live feeling but this record label does have a great array of recorded nature sounds combined with music. Have you ever had a chance to listen to some of their CDs?
