I picked up this Kelty backpack for 30 bucks. I've never had a real back pack, so I thought I would start with a good used inexpensive one. Everything is in great shape, and as far as I know fits very well. I have never done any back pack camping, just day hikes. It's a Kelty Redwing 2900. I figured it be good for day hikes or maybe a light over night trip sometime. I was trying to hide the neighbors house along with my belly[emoji16]

I have bought 2 Kelty Tioga external frames off of eBay for around $30 each. They are both better than the ones I used to use.
I really like the light ULA packs made in Utah. One pack works for everything from day trips to 4 day backpacking trips.

havent bought a pack in years and my big pack got "Borrowed" years ago. We have a pair of small day packs we wear when out for a walk and at festivals and such.

Thatsa shot from 4 years ago when I still had hair. :beer3:

Ha, love the teddy bear cappy!

I'm looking forward to doing some day hikes this fall.
