First BBQ of the fall

The weather finally cleared up and cooled off some so it was fire the pit up time. here is the story, the how to, and as usual too many pictures.

A week ago I went camping near home. I was in a public campground and the only person there, with my dog and a Great Horned Owl for company. The next night I had some friends come down from Reno and I made them stacked enchiladas in a Dutch Oven. It was about 20 that night. Fall is a grand time to be out there Cappy.
