Did she cheat or not, 28.93 seconds is quite impressive but she is very young too. Are people really going to end up going all the way to the Olympics just to cheat and not get caught?

Innocent until proven guilty.

But since her split times were ordinary for that level of competition and just the final leg was absurdly fast, I'm sure they have samples from after the race to determine how this could happen.

The politicial climate dictates to some of these countries that yes, if we can get away with it, we will cheat. Also, in the capitalist countries, the endorsements are worth mega bucks to these athletes. It is because of their outstanding character that so few do cheat.
