Default Has anyone ever had Lion fish?

I was watching a nature show about the invasive non-native species of fish called the Lion Fish in Florida. I guess they're trying to get rid of the fish by encouraging people to eat them. They look pretty scary. Has anyone had them before? What do they taste like?

I know that they are poisonous but if prepared properly prepared by a professional you may eat it. Kind of like blowfish. However, lionfish are pretty and look good in an aquarium.

They are venomous and can sting you but preparing them to eat is not a problem. You just have to make sure you remove the venomous spines. The meat is delicious and any regular person can prepare it they don't have poison in their organs like blowfish do.

Bream, you shoot twenty-four starlings and breast them and you get the best base for a Texas Chili ever.
