| Caught one this summer that totally surprised me as I had no idea they were in the lake. Those things can fight! I had the thing on for about 15 minutes on my ultra light rig, but never saw it until the last minute. My partner kept saying "Whatever you do don't lose this, I want to see what the heck it is".
We finally netted a 3 lb hybrid. Turns out that they stocked the lake with a few hundred yearling hybrids a few years but the one I caught is the only one I've ever heard about being caught there.
Dinosaur is correct, they are a cross between a striped and white bass.
