emergency regulations

It seems this year they came out with many different emergency regulations to add into the mix. Are they doing this across all states or just the ones out east? I can not remember a year where my brother was bombarded with so many changes (he is the hunter in the family, I just cook).

What kind of emergency regulations? Here in Idaho, fire safety is very big since we have had nearly a million acres of forest fires this summer.

I can't think of anything offhand in WV thats been an emergency change. They did make some significant changes in the gun deer hunting rules, but that was through the normal process.

I haven't heard of anything different enough to worry over. We've had some idiots out in the woods setting fires but other than placing a bounty on their pointy little heads, there hasn't been anything unusual.

The only thing I can think of right off hand is that they doubled the bear quota here in Georgia. Instead of one per hunter this year you can get two.
