Whole gray wolf pack to be "culled"

A whole gray wolf pack in Washington state thought to number at least eight wolves is going to be "culled" this week. Here is the article I saw about it. I cannot believe that the conservationists thought this was a good idea!

Too bad they can not be relocated to Washington DC....just saying.

While I think it stinks that it has to come to this, the sad fact is that the pack has the taste for cattle and it's easy prey so they're not going to stop. We can deplore the fact that humans have taken their habitat but it's not going to change anything now.

Well, since their habitat included pretty well all of North America, I'm not too broken up about it.

I have nothing against wolves, but like any other predator, they need to be controlled, and made to fear people.

The wolves were doing just fine before the feds decided we needed more of them. By putting them on the endangered and also moving half of Canada's wolves down here, they have run amok.

Also, the feds themselves have been culling the wolves all the way along. They killed 22 wolves just out of Sublette County, Wyoming in 2006 because of over population. The environmental people that don't have a clue about management found out about this pack so you will here a lot about it. I also wouldn't doubt some idiot federal judge will stop the culling.

I think it's sad that they just can't be re-located somewhere else...Washington D.C. could be a good start Coz, but if not there why not Alaska or something?

Alaska, Yukon and NW Territorys are where they hauled them from to begin with.
