| Amazing pictures when hiking? How many of you take pictures when you go out for hikes? I almost always have my camera with me when I'm out and about. I've got some great shots when I've been out in the woods or on trails. How about you? |

To Each Their Own | I take the camera every time we go hiking. I'm no photographer by any means but I hope that at least one of the shots I take will come out looking amazing. I have two albums on here from a couple of trips I've taken. I haven't put any of my Mt. Rainier pictures on here yet, but it doesn't matter which picture it is, they are all amazing. | I love outdoor shots, the bad thing is that I can barely work a camera so mind tend to have that artist flare with something half cut off. I am still working on it with a friend teaching me his secrets, hopefully he rubs off a little good luck on me before the next trip too. |

Moderator | If I'm out for just a hike, I take my good camera ... a Canon EOS-1 Mark II DSLR. I don't usually take it when I go backback camping, through. It's too heavy. But I love taking outdoors shots. I like taking pictures of my friends enjoying the outdoors. You can catch great moments, like this one of my friend trying to balance while going over a log. |

| I always bring a camera with me when go hiking. There are plenty of beautiful objects and great moments to take in the nature. The best part is that with so many beautiful objects to take, you don't need to be a good photographer to get a great picture. |

| I try to remember to take my camera with me. If I forget it I always have my cell phone that can take pics. Very amateur but I enjoy trying to take good pictures of the outdoors. I then use them for my wallpapers and screen savers on my computer. So I am outside while being inside. |

| I love that picture. I think the best shots are from when the person is not expecting it, or posing for the shot. It's real! I love the shots I have of my daughter that are like that. |

| I take my camera everywhere I go whether hiking or not lol! I have a Sony A100 and I love it although I would love to get one with more megapixels as it's only 10MP. Here is a shot when I went to my dad's with my girls and we went hiking together: |
