If there is anything that gets even close to heaven on earth, it's spending time with your grandchildren. I know you and your grandson must have a really special bond. Paddling and water sports will always remind him, no doubt, of the times he spent with you.

I hope that we are building a positive relationship. Even more though I am hoping that the outdoor pusuits that we do together teaches him to know, how and why, nature and our natural resources deserves our respect.

Being a grandparent is the greatest. Children grow up thinking everyone has grandparents who do whatever it is you do with them. Then they realize that other people's grandparents aren't like you. That's when you know they love and appreciate you. It's quite wonderful.

You guys are right Grand kids are a true joy to me. I spoil them rotten and suger them up real good before I send them all home. When the kids call and mention their kids bouncing off the walls bragging about all the good stuff they had before leaving "pop's" I just smile to my self and tell them Pay back is a b***h

Hi.

Yes, we must try to enjoy and appreciate them as much as possible. As many of you know, ours, at age nineteen, was taken from us less than three months ago.

Take care. Take care. Take care of what you've got. Sometime you're gonna miss it. Miss it quite a lot.
