4th of July plans

Watching fireworks tonight. Then watching neighbors do stupid stuff with fireworks and hoping they don't set my yard on fire.

I haven't been told what my plans are yet.

Given the temperatures I think we will mostly be hangin gout indoors. We may get together with my parents over the weekend and grilling, and of course we will take the kids to see the fireworks. There are some on Sunday night and then again on the Fourth.

Son will be here late tonight with his family and stay for 9 days. His sisters will be coming and going as their schedules permit. We will be spending 3 days up the canyon in the pines camping. There will be doings most of next week in town. LOts of fun things and lots of good food, but we are thinking the fireworks will be lowkey this year due to the hot dry weather.
