Went to the Dr. yesterday and found out my girlfriend is pregnant!!! It is unexpected, but now that we have gotten past the sock we are getting excited. This will be our first so we have lots to experiance over the coming years. Can't wait till he/she is old enough for us to take him/her out and teach him/her about the great outdoors.

Congratulations! Being a parent can be challenging at times, but it is also the best thing ever. My kids have really enriched my life and I'm thinking about having a third.

Congratulations! Nothing you've ever done will prepeare you for being a first-time parent. It's all OJT.

It's fun, exhilirating, frustrating, joyful, depressing, and incredibly rewarding- all rolled into one package!

Let me add my congratulations to the bunch! That's wonderful! Being a parent is one of the most rewarding, aggravating, wonderful, exciting, aggravating (yes, I know I said it twice), thing you will ever do. Shaping a little person's values and teaching them to navigate life is amazing.

The next thing you should buy? A vasectomy. I love my one kid. Emphasis on one. She's great, but I can't imagine doing all that again. They get fun around four.

Wow congrats! Don't let them scare you! You don't have to have a vasectomy or turn your paycheck over. Kids are great! I have a few jobs but none is more fulfilling than being a mom.
