Travelers Tavern Come sit back with a cold one around the camp fire and relax with general conversations. |

| I miss Tenting For the second Spring trip into the Blue Ridge in a row I've been out-voted and over-ruled on tent camping, instead the women folk, kids and greybeards have opted to rent a cabin. Having to look a the good points, which I must there is one good aspect - We'll be right on a wooded stretch of river with Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and Red-Eye Rockbass. Perhaps I'll bring a tent and camp outside. |

| I say, bring a tent and a few nights sleeping outside. Then everybody can have the vacation they want. However, I think the kids might want to go outside with you and try out the tent at least for a night. |

We had a decent outdoor fire pit right on the river and that's where I spent most of my evening time at. After Labor Day we plan to tent camp on the Jackson River. | |
