Default New Yorkers ?

Since this is the Travelers Tavern, a question for you New Yorkers.

I have to be in Syracuse next week for 5 days but have 2-3 hour interuptions to the fun every day. What suggestions do you have for things to do the rest of the time. At this point, I am not planning to rent a car as I will have shuttle service to my meetings. Any must see's? or must do's?

Thanks

I am originally from 40 miles north of Syracuse but I have no options to offer as I despise the city.If you ever get the chance go to the Robert G. Wehle State Park,a rare gem.

I used to go there and was there on Memorial day 2007.......1 of 8 people in the entire 1100 acre park, simply wonderful.Robert G. Wehle State Park - NYS Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation

I went there once but not to Syracuse, we just stayed in the city as well. It turned out well for us since our plane was stuck for an overnight issue and everyone was comped for a hotel, we spent the next day inside the city getting an idea of what the Big Apple was all about.

Finger Lakes Region.

A long drink of silence is a very good drink.
