Default Outdoor Magazines

What outdoor magazines would you recommend? I am trying to think ahead to Christmas for my hubby and he already gets Georgia Sportsman and Guns and Ammo every month, but he reads them from cover to cover more than once so I know he enjoys them.

You might consider an NRA membership. They throw in one of three magazines with a subscription, American Rifleman, North American Hunter, or America's 1st Freedom. Not to mention some other perks like free insurance.

Gray's Sporting Journal is a great read. The articles there are not like whjat you find in other magazines. They are more like the stuff that Robert Ruark, Corey Ford, and Burt Spiller used to write. If I had to get just one outdoor mag that would be the one.

Gray's Sporting Journal, Hunting Lodges, Fishing Lodges, Fishing Magazines, Hunting Magazines, Bird hunting, Wingshooting, Alaska Fishing, Alaska hunting, Canada hunting, Canada Fishing. Hunting art. Fishing Art. Wildlife Art. - Home

Not sure if this still works. But a year membership is $25 to the NRA, and they give you a free $25 gc to Bass Pro. https://membership.nrahq.org/forms/s...10&EK=Y0GVB10C You still get a free magazine too.

That's pretty awesome there Jason. I am going to do that I think. The NRA keeps calling my house everyday anyway and I know that's what they want.

Kinda depends on what kind of hunting or shooting he does.
The NRA membership is a good idea.
My recomendations are:
Safari Club International
Rocky mountain Elk Foundation
Whitetails Unlimited
North American Hunting Club
Field & Stream is still a great magazine.
Backwoods Hunter is a cool mag.
What kind of hunting or shooting is he interested in the most?
