Cool Rabid beaver attacks boy scout troop leader...!!

Hi...

Yes, it's true...!!

A Boy Scout leader from New York who was attacked by a rabid beaver while swimming in the Delaware River is recovering.

The Poughkeepsie Journal reported that the 51-year old was swimming when a beaver swam through his legs and bit him on the chest.

The animal then bit him in the leg, buttocks, arm, hand and torso before he managed to grab it and hold its jaws closed.

One Boy Scout pulled him to shore, where he tossed the beaver away from the swimmer. The Scouts then used rocks to kill the animal.

A Doctor confirmed the beaver had rabies a day after the attack.

Health officials say a rabid beaver attack is unusual. (duh)

(It appears that the beaver bit him all over except...well, you know...!!)

Guys gotta go out and buy a lottery ticket. The beaver swam "through his legs", I'd say that makes him one lucky Boy Scout leader. I bet he was glad it was him that got bit though instead of the boys and good on them that they were able to kill the thing. Quick thinking by the kids!

Gotta appreciate a bunch of boys that can react that quickly correctly. And I bet there was some leaders/parents in the past that helped those young men be that way.
