Default Sick for Christmas

Both me and my significant other ended up with a nasty cold for Christmas. What a gift! We are still battling it today and I am hoping it goes away quickly.

That sucks Takeahike. Hope you, and your better half are feeling better soon. And the same to you WV.

Thanks Grandpa! I'm really not feeling too bad yet- a bit stuffy with a scratchy throat. I've already had one cold this year, so hopefully I'll shake this one off pretty quick!

At least it waited til the day after Christmas.

Grand daughter was a little under the weather on Christmas. I hate when they are sick but on a day like Christmas really stinks.

Hope all of you are better soon. Drink the liquids, eat soup and citrus fruits. REST!
Isn't that silly, drink liquids, what else ya gonna drink, rocks.
Over the years we have had our share of sickness on holidays even Christmas and it is not cool.

It must be the year for the germs to spread all over, I have family on both coast lines that are down for the count. We have just gotten over our colds but I am sure if the weather keeps playing the hot-cold game we will get something else again at some point.

I heard a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey 2 times a day helps kick a cold.. Got to mix the 2 together..

WV, that is exactly how this started. A bit sniffly and a tingle in the throat. Then it moved into the chest and got really congested. I am starting to feel better today and I think he is too. Grandpa, who says he's the better half?
