I never saw this before maybe I shrunk it and never noticed....when did this go up and what mod is it? I like the idea but I think I would maybe make the boarder box smaller (no clue what that is called).

I was curious about this too. I really like the easy access to the common links and it only shows on the forum main page so after I log into my account and see my new posts and stats I just click the minimize button on the right top corner of the boarder.
