Bake Sale

I give a bit of help to a local animal rescue in my town and I thought I would let you guys see what you missed. We had the sale at a local arts and crafts fair and it did really well. I have attached a picture of the table we sat up for the sale. I love bake sales!

I love a good bake sale. I know the local schools in our area are setting up for the holidays and those bake sales, I have a feeling even though our kids are not in school anymore I will still be baking to help out. They also do a fun event for kids to school shop for little gifts for everyone, I am going to volunteer and help the kids count their money.

Looks very good. It's a very nice presentation which sometimes means more sales. My wife and I used to bake and make candy for our kid's schools when they were growing up. We also did some for the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts which our kids were in when they were young. I always enjoyed doing it.

We do a bake sale here, but it's also turned into a soup and chili sale as well. We end up getting all sorts of goodies to stock the freezer with. Some people include the recipes, so it's good all around. We raise a hefty little sum, too.

Yum! I love the idea of a soup and chili sale! I would buy into that. I love homemade soup. How did that sale go? We have bake sales all the time at work. I don't bake for them but I sure buy enough.
