Default Cheese on the Cob

EASY and SO GOOD!

Ingredients
1/2 c mayonnaise
5 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
1 c fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
chili powder
salt
black pepper

Directions
Prepare grill. Brush a thin layer of mayonnaise on corn. Sprinkle the corn with cheese, light amount of chili powder, salt and pepper. Wrap each ear of corn in foil, and place each on the grill. Turn occasionally and cook for 10 minutes or until kernels begin to brown. Serve warm......Enjoy.

When I first saw the title to this thread I was like, "What the heck?" Lol. This does look good though. Do you think it would still work if you substituted olive oil for the mayonnaise?

Hmmmmm. I'll have to try this one. I'm not sure I'd like the chili powder but there's nothing like trying. As plentiful as corn is around where we go, I'm sure I could spare a few ears to experiment!

Yum this sounds good to me. Alexis I think olive oil would probably substitute just fine or even butter. I imagine your just trying to get something for the cheese and chili powder to stick too.
