Default A family dinner, 95% from the grill/fire

Got a chance to host family dinner for the wife's family the other week. All but the bread was done on the grill or fire. On the menu:
Real Southern Corn Bread
Jalapeno Corn bread
Vegetable melody
Potatoes and onions
Beer Butt/Can Chicken

Overall it came out pretty good. Potatoes were nice and crispy, just like I like them.

Hi...

It all sounded very tasty. Obviously, my invitation got lost in the mail, eh?

Hey Jason, I invited you to our dutch oven dinner. Whats the deal here?

I bet that was an awesome feed. Sure sounds good anyway.

The wife invited some very close friends of hers to a family dinner we had at our place last year. Still hearing about it. However I may be having and end of the world event in December and walk ins are welcome. Haven't worked out the details yet.

Thank you. They seemed to. Except for the bread all I get left over was two wings and a drum. I really enjoy cooking outdoors, and even better when I have a crowd, large or small for feedback.
