One of our favorite foil tater pouches consist of thin sliced taters and onions and Bacon. we aternate onion and tater slices and weive in bacon. Sprinkle heavely with cajun seasonings and some butter and fold in bout 6 layers of heavy foil and roast in coals or on camp ground pits. rip open the top when done and sprinkle on some dried parsley and serve outa the foil. Easy cooking great tasting and no pot to wash.
