Default Red Hot Sauce?

Has anyone ever tried to put Frank's Red Hot Sauce on popcorn? It is really good. I hadn't ever tried it before but a friend was staying with us one weekend and she added this to our popcorn bowl. WOW! is all I can say. Try it if you like hot (spicy) popcorn.

I like Tony Cachere's Cajun Spice Mix on my popcorn, along with parmesan cheese.

Back when Frank's Red Hot Sauce came out, they had all these coupons out on it. Our grocery store tripled coupons, so I ended up getting lots of bottles for free. I've still got some left. I have two members of the family who love that sauce. I'm going to wrap up some popcorn and Frank's for them. Thanks for the idea! One more Christmas present already bought and done!

This is something new for me. How do you put a liquid on popcorn and it not get soggy? I have heard of the parmesan cheese and other powdered flavorings but not the liquid hot sauce.

Yep, and popcorn is even better with buffalo wing sauce. Either buy bottle wing sauce or make your own with Franks, butter, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

It doesn't get any soggier than putting melted butter on the popcorn, but if you don't care for soggy popcorn put some hot sauce in a bowl and dip.

I am not a big Red Hot sauce fan. I am pretty sure I wouldn't like it on my popcorn. Then again, maybe I am old fashioned because I mostly just like butter on mine. Occasionally I will toss on some cheese.

Try some dehydrated chives. Good.

I tend to toss on some spicy dry rub onto the popcorn. Keeps it crunchy where a sauce tends to make it soggy.

I think Parmesan cheese I would try but I am not too sure about the hot sauce. I barely like it on anything but popcorn just seems a little too different for my tastes. Dry rub would be okay but the idea of a sauce seems too crazed for this gal.
