Bison oysters, and tounge. Roo steaks, and hippo

Grew up in VA. Live in NC...currently. Voting in the US is a crapshoot. Tongue of cow?...tounge?. Fresh oysters harvested off the Atlantic coast while still spitting in your face...Bison?; Roo... Aussi land? hippo???....hmmmmmmmmm...interesting. Guide. I love a puzzle!

Bison oysters - kinda like Rocky Mountain oysters, but way bigger...

One of me most favorite spot's in POME land....the Pinnacles in Australia

Someone I know said they ate deer testicles, he also said they weren't too bad, don't sound very good to me. Seems very wrong in my opinion.

Hmmm, raw fish and shellfish (oysters, mussels, clams, prawns, crab)... ostrich... bison... llama... snake.... duck, goose .... lichen.... what do you consider strange?? Hahaha

SQUAW fish.... a mistake I will never repeat.

That sounds gross. There are some things I will nto eat, tongue, eye balls, testicles. My grandmother used to use all parts of the cow and pig, even to boiling the head for head cheese.
