Grew up in VA. Live in NC...currently. Voting in the US is a crapshoot. Tongue of cow?...tounge?. Fresh oysters harvested off the Atlantic coast while still spitting in your face...Bison?; Roo... Aussi land? hippo???....hmmmmmmmmm...interesting. Guide. I love a puzzle!

Bison oysters - kinda like Rocky Mountain oysters, but way bigger...

| Someone I know said they ate deer testicles, he also said they weren't too bad, don't sound very good to me. Seems very wrong in my opinion.

| That sounds gross. There are some things I will nto eat, tongue, eye balls, testicles. My grandmother used to use all parts of the cow and pig, even to boiling the head for head cheese.
