| What are your best tips for cooking at the campsite? What are your best tips for cooking at the campsite? Before leaving: Wrap up any corn/potatoes in tin foil. You can use the foil for cooking them. Freeze your meat before you go, it will thaw, and keep the cooler colder. Pre-make sausage gravy and freeze in ziplocks.
